What's included in my ticket?

Standard camping and General Admission to the event is included in your ticket. All Lazy camper, Glamping, powered sites must all be purchased separately and in addition to your General Admission ticket. There will be no allocated camping spots, camping will be allocated on a first come, first serve basis.

Each campsite plot is 4m x 6m and can accommodate up to four people. Please ensure your tent and other equipment fits within this space. This includes all wires & pegs to tether your tent, tarps, chairs and tables.

Please only purchase tickets from our official ticketing platform, Festicket. Authorised Re-sale will also be available through TIXEL. No sales or purchases via unauthorised sites eg Gumtree, Viagogo, Ticketmaster & ticketek re-sale will be accepted due to the high level of counterfeit and inflated prices attached.

GOLD TICKET

GOLD tickets include express check-in, dedicated showers and flushable toilet facilities, chill out space and access to a powder room plus premium campsite location with electricity.

CAMPING

GENERAL CAMPING

General camping is free to all festival goers with your ticket purchase.

Powered Sites and Luxury Camping options are available as an additional purchase to your festival ticket.

Throughout the festival grounds you will find an abundance of shower and toilet facilities as well as plenty of food and beverage options.

POWERED SITES

There will be a section of the campsite that is powered. This can be purchased as an add-on to your ticket. Purchasing Powered camp site will allow you and your friends access to a campsite with a 240 volt, 10 amp power source.

You must bring all power boards and extension leads to power your phone chargers, lighting and other accessories. We recommend bringing your own power boards to plug into the 10A outlet.

When purchasing your powered campsite you will be allocated one standard 4x6m. One pass can be used by a maximum of 4 people. if you are traveling in a large group you will need to purchase multiple passes.

These must be purchased prior to the event and will not be able to be purchased on-site and are limited! Please be mindful of power specifications and avoid running multiple items or equipment with high voltage requirements.

Powered campsites are an ADD-ON, Festival passes must be bought for each patron also.

LUXURY CAMPING OPTIONS

GLAMPING

We have a limited amount of Glamping Tents on offer. Select the GLAMPING add-on to your ticket to gain access to limited Glamping tent site options.

Please note that Glamping does not include your festival ticket, all guests staying in the Luxury Camping area require a valid festival ticket.

Tents are all inclusive and set-up when you arrive and include;

  • Double/queen bed or singles
  • Linens for all beds
  • Indoor rugs
  • Outdoor mats
  • Side tables
  • Hand sanitizer & Tissues.
  • Bottled water (1bottle pp)
  • Power plus 1 power board per tent.

PRE-PITCHED TENTS

We have a limited amount of pre-pitched tents on offer. Select the PRE-PITCHED add-on to your ticket to have your tent ready to go on arrival.

Please note that this does not include your festival ticket, all guests staying in this area will require a valid festival ticket.

Our amazing venue at Fairbridge has a variety of different sized cabins which will be sold via a ballot system.

PAYMENT PLANS

Payment plans will be available via Festicket.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you have sufficient funds in your account on the payment dates specified for each instalment. Tickets will not be issued until the full amount has been paid. Tickets, deposits and/or instalments are non-refundable.

To purchase tickets with a payment plan simply select your ticket and any add-ons and add them to your cart. When you purchase, click the “Pay weekly” option and it will split your ticket into weekly installations.

  • Payment dates and amounts are fixed and cannot be changed
  • You cannot pay your balance off earlier
  • The booking fee will be included in the last payment date

NAMES ON TICKETS

Due to strict COVID-19 regulations, all names must match the ticket-holders Identification on the day.

We do not offer the ability to process a ‘name change’. If you have arranged to sell or give your ticket privately to a friend, you can simply list the ticket for sale and before the final confirmation (in step 4), select the 'private listing' option. You can then send the private ticket link to the new ticket holder.

If you have purchased a second-hand ticket from someone, you will be required to transfer the ticket using our official ticket resale partner, Tixel, so that we can guarantee the validity of the ticket and so the name on the ticket matches the ID of the ticket holder.

RESALE TICKETS

Tixel is the only safe place to sell your ticket!

Once Tixel is activated, NO sales or purchases via unauthorised sites eg Gumtree, Viagogo, Ticketmaster & ticketek re-sale will be accepted due to the high level of counterfeit and inflated prices attached.

Tickets purchased via Tixel will incur a name-change fee.

Every ticket sold via Tixel will be will be guaranteed to be real and ensures a safe transaction for both seller and purchaser.

Any tickets sold or purchased via third party ticket sites or by any other method than the official ticket site or resale site will be cancelled without refund and not gain access to the event.

Resale of tickets via any means other than the Official Resale Facility contravenes the terms and conditions of the event and may result in the ticket holder being denied entry to the festival.

ROAM Festival reserve the right to open and close resale facility at any time. Any tickets not sold via resale when closed will be returned to customers account. Origin Fields is not liable for any unsold tickets.

Warning – Third Party Ticketing Sites Only purchase tickets from Eventbrite or registered ticketing partner. If in doubt check the Roam Festival website.

We do not validate re-sold tickets purchased via sites such as Gumtree or Ebay or any third party re seller sites.

Re-sold tickets on sites such as Ticketmaster Resale, Viagogo & The Ticket Merchant can be fake, not valid or cancelled due to names not matching the customer using tickets.

There is no way to know if a ticket you are buying from sites like these is valid so would advise caution.

In addition, tickets are only valid if the name on the ticket matches your ID. Re-sale sites have no means of applying your name to our tickets.

REFUND POLICY

Tickets are non-refundable, however, if you are unable to attend the festival after purchasing a ticket you are able to change the name on the ticket. Via tixel re-sale.

Roam Festival runs rain, hail or shine.

If the event is postponed due to a government mandated lockdown, all tickets will be transferred to the new event. If you are unable to attend you will be refunded, minus booking fees incurred.

If the event is cancelled due to a government mandated lockdown, all tickets will be refunded minus booking fees incurred.

If you are unable to attend due to COVID-19. Due to government restrictions, all patrons must be vaccinated to attend ROAM Festival. You will be required to show proof of vaccination upon entry. To do this, please have it ready on your smart phone wallet or in email. How to get your vaccine passport in your wallet.

You must not attend the Event if:

  • You are awaiting test results for COVID-19 or otherwise have reason to suspect that you have contracted COVID-19;
  • You have been directed to isolate or quarantine by any relevant authorities;
  • You have knowingly been in contact with a person who: has tested positive for COVID-19 in the last fourteen (14) days or has reason to believe they have contracted COVID-19;
  • You have returned from international or interstate travel in the last fourteen (14) days;
  • You have any cold or flu-like symptom associated or linked with COVID-19.

If any of the above applies to you, you must inform the Organiser by emailing your name, email, mobile phone number, and ticket to hello@roamfestival.com.au by 11:59pm 3rd March, 2022 AWST and supplying evidence of your circumstances (ie: covid-19 test, medical certificate, quarantine order, flight boarding pass etc.) in order to be eligible to apply for a refund.
